You will receive an order confirmation by email, if no email is received, the order is not confirmed. Your order will be delivered and prepared as per the details in the confirmation email and will be delivered as close as possible to your requested delivery time. It is your responsibility to check the details of your order and immediately contact us if any errors have been made.
We understand that you may need to change your order and we will try are hardest to help you out. However, changes made less than 48 hours prior to your delivery may not be possible.
Cancellations are required in writing at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date requested. Orders cancelled after this time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery or event by EFT of credit card. A surcharge of 2% for Visa + Mastercard and 3% for American Express will apply.
Catering must be refrigerated & consumed within 12 hours of delivery.
